Buffone.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este estudio de prueba de concepto evalu\u00f3 HyperSperm, una novedosa tecnolog\u00eda de preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica dise\u00f1ada para replicar de manera m\u00e1s fiel el proceso de capacitaci\u00f3n fisiol\u00f3gica y mejorar la funci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica durante la fecundaci\u00f3n in vitro (FIV). El estudio combin\u00f3 datos precl\u00ednicos y un primer estudio cl\u00ednico en humanos para evaluar el impacto de HyperSperm en el desarrollo embrionario y los resultados reproductivos.<\/p>\n<p>Tanto en modelos murinos como humanos, HyperSperm aument\u00f3 significativamente la hiperactiva\u00adci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica sin comprometer la viabilidad esperm\u00e1tica, la integridad acrosomal ni la calidad del ADN. En ratones, el tratamiento con HyperSperm result\u00f3 en una mejora de las tasas de fecundaci\u00f3n, desarrollo a blastocisto, implantaci\u00f3n y nacidos vivos, con descendencia sana y f\u00e9rtil.<\/p>\n<p>El primer estudio prospectivo de ovocitos hermanos en humanos incluy\u00f3 a 10 parejas sometidas a FIV con ovocitos donados. Si bien las tasas de fecundaci\u00f3n fueron comparables entre los grupos, HyperSperm aument\u00f3 significativamente las tasas de blastocistos utilizables en comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos est\u00e1ndar de preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica (67,9% vs. 43,8%, p=0,0122).
