Buffone, and Dario Krapf.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este estudio eval\u00faa la utilidad cl\u00ednica de HyperSperm, una novedosa tecnolog\u00eda de capacitaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica, mediante un estudio prospectivo de ovocitos hermanos que incluy\u00f3 a 41 pacientes de FIV. Las muestras de semen de cada paciente fueron divididas y procesadas utilizando protocolos de preparaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar o el protocolo HyperSperm, y se evaluaron los resultados de fecundaci\u00f3n y desarrollo embrionario.<\/p>\n<p>El tratamiento con HyperSperm se asoci\u00f3 con tasas de desarrollo a blastocisto significativamente m\u00e1s altas en comparaci\u00f3n con la preparaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar (55,6% vs. 47,9%, p=0,0038), resultando en un mayor n\u00famero de blastocistos por ciclo. Adem\u00e1s, los embriones generados con esta tecnolog\u00eda mostraron mejor calidad morfol\u00f3gica y una mayor tasa de euploid\u00eda, determinada mediante diagn\u00f3stico gen\u00e9tico preimplantacional (PGT-A).
