{"id":839,"date":"2026-07-11T10:37:16","date_gmt":"2026-07-11T10:37:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fecundis.com\/?p=839"},"modified":"2026-08-21T09:27:23","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T09:27:23","slug":"hypersperm-clinical-data-eshre-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fecundis.com\/es\/hypersperm-clinical-data-eshre-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Datos cl\u00ednicos de HyperSperm presentados en ESHRE 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fecundis present\u00f3 la \u00faltima evidencia cl\u00ednica sobre HyperSperm en ESHRE 2026 en Londres, uno de los encuentros internacionales clave en medicina reproductiva y embriolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestro p\u00f3ster, titulado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA multicenter, prospective sibling oocyte study revealed that HyperSperm improves the number and quality of embryos in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, fue presentado por Mat\u00edas G\u00f3mez El\u00edas, COO de Fecundis, en la sesi\u00f3n de Androlog\u00eda (P-104).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudio realizado en colaboraci\u00f3n con tres cl\u00ednicas de fertilidad en Argentina (Pregna Medicina Reproductiva, Fertya Medicina Reproductiva e In Vitro Buenos Aires) evalu\u00f3 HyperSperm en ciclos de FIV convencional mediante un dise\u00f1o multic\u00e9ntrico, prospectivo y con ovocitos hermanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Discusi\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos resultados cl\u00ednicos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudio multic\u00e9ntrico incluy\u00f3 41 parejas sometidas a FIV convencional. Para cada paciente, los ovocitos hermanos se dividieron entre dos condiciones: preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica est\u00e1ndar y protocolo HyperSperm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este dise\u00f1o permiti\u00f3 comparar ambos enfoques de preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica dentro del mismo ciclo de tratamiento, reduciendo la variabilidad entre pacientes y aportando una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara del posible impacto de HyperSperm en el desarrollo embrionario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los resultados mostraron que la preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica con HyperSperm aument\u00f3 el desarrollo a blastocisto en comparaci\u00f3n con la preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica est\u00e1ndar. El grupo HyperSperm tambi\u00e9n mostr\u00f3 una mayor tasa de blastocistos utilizables, es decir, embriones con potencial de transferencia o criopreservaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, en un subgrupo de embriones analizados mediante PGT-A, se observ\u00f3 una mayor proporci\u00f3n de embriones euploides en el grupo HyperSperm, lo que abre una l\u00ednea de exploraci\u00f3n especialmente prometedora para futuros estudios.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Una discusi\u00f3n cient\u00edfica sobre la funci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar estos resultados en ESHRE nos dio la oportunidad de discutir HyperSperm con cl\u00ednicos, embri\u00f3logos, investigadores y profesionales de la fertilidad de distintos pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las conversaciones fueron m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los resultados num\u00e9ricos. Se centraron en una pregunta m\u00e1s amplia, cada vez m\u00e1s relevante en FIV: \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede la preparaci\u00f3n semen mejorar la funcionalidad esperm\u00e1tica?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto es especialmente importante porque los m\u00e9todos convencionales de preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica se centran principalmente en recuperar espermatozoides m\u00f3viles. HyperSperm se basa en un enfoque diferente: apoyar la capacitaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica, el proceso biol\u00f3gico que prepara funcionalmente al espermatozoide antes de la fecundaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La colaboraci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de los datos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El p\u00f3ster tambi\u00e9n represent\u00f3 el trabajo de un amplio equipo colaborativo entre Barcelona, Buenos Aires y Rosario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos alegr\u00f3 especialmente involucrar a embri\u00f3logos y cl\u00ednicos de nuestros centros colaboradores en las discusiones sobre el estudio.
