{"id":845,"date":"2026-05-04T14:40:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-04T14:40:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fecundis.com\/?p=845"},"modified":"2026-08-21T15:40:21","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T15:40:21","slug":"fecundis-hypersperm-redlara-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fecundis.com\/es\/fecundis-hypersperm-redlara-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Fecundis present\u00f3 datos cl\u00ednicos de HyperSperm en REDLARA 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fecundis particip\u00f3 en el 18\u00ba Congreso REDLARA 2026 Triple Frontera, celebrado en Foz do Igua\u00e7u, Brasil, del 28 de abril al 1 de mayo de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REDLARA es uno de los encuentros cient\u00edficos m\u00e1s relevantes en reproducci\u00f3n asistida en Am\u00e9rica Latina, reuniendo a cl\u00ednicos, embri\u00f3logos, investigadores y profesionales de la fertilidad de toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el congreso, nuestra investigadora Guillermina Mar\u00eda Luque present\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n oral <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHigher Blastocyst Formation and Euploidy Rates Using HyperSperm in IVF and ICSI Cycles\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Nueva evidencia cl\u00ednica en ciclos de FIV e ICSI<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La presentaci\u00f3n comparti\u00f3 resultados de un estudio prospectivo, multic\u00e9ntrico y con ovocitos hermanos que evalu\u00f3 HyperSperm en ciclos de FIV e ICSI. El estudio incluy\u00f3 58 parejas tratadas en cuatro cl\u00ednicas entre agosto de 2023 y diciembre de 2025. Los ovocitos hermanos se dividieron entre preparaci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica est\u00e1ndar y el protocolo HyperSperm, permitiendo una comparaci\u00f3n directa dentro del mismo ciclo de tratamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las tasas de fecundaci\u00f3n fueron comparables entre los grupos tanto en ciclos de FIV como de ICSI. Independientemente del m\u00e9todo de fecundaci\u00f3n, HyperSperm result\u00f3 en un mayor n\u00famero de blastocistos por ciclo en comparaci\u00f3n con el grupo control, con una tasa de blastocistos por ovocito fecundado mayor en FIV (55,6% vs. 46,9%) e ICSI (73,4% vs. 66,1%).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta ventaja tambi\u00e9n se extendi\u00f3 a la competencia embrionaria: la tasa de euploid\u00eda fue significativamente mayor en los embriones derivados de espermatozoides tratados con HyperSperm en comparaci\u00f3n con la preparaci\u00f3n convencional (50,0% vs. 30,4%; p=0,03), una mejora observada de forma consistente tanto en ciclos de FIV (53,1% vs. 31,3%) como de ICSI (45,8% vs. 26,9%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos hallazgos respaldan el papel de la funci\u00f3n esperm\u00e1tica y la capacitaci\u00f3n como factores cl\u00ednicamente relevantes en el desarrollo embrionario, tanto en FIV como en ICSI.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Fortaleciendo la validaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica de HyperSperm<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar estos datos en REDLARA fue un paso importante para Fecundis y para la creciente validaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica de HyperSperm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El congreso ofreci\u00f3 un espacio \u00fanico para discutir los resultados
