The study performed a paired analysis on 135 clinical semen samples, each divided into two equal fractions, to compare the effects of the novel HyperSperm protocol against standard processing conditions. Results demonstrated that HyperSperm significantly enhanced critical sperm kinematic parameters, such as curvilinear velocity and hyperactivated motility, particularly in samples with initially reduced motility.

Safety evaluations confirmed that HyperSperm treatment does not compromise sperm viability or DNA integrity, even after 24 hours of incubation. Furthermore, the treatment preserved acrosomal structure, indicating that it enhances functional competence without inducing premature acrosome reaction. These findings support the safe and effective use of HyperSperm to optimize sperm performance and potentially improve outcomes in assisted reproduction.
